This program is for parents and their children who feel a bit more anxious. It teaches simple easily used techniques to calm the mind and regain composure.
The kids I've shared this with have said things like; "Cool, I can do this", "I feel better about me" and "I get anxious but maybe this is an answer". Parent's have said; "Thank you, I feel like we have tools now.", "Wow, Thanks! When I notice her hornet brain getting hijacked I now know what to do."
